Chokolate Cookies

Ingredienser:
  • 100 g. brun farin
  • 100 g. sukker
  • 125 g. blødt smør
  • ½ vanille stang
  • 1 æg
  • 1 tsk. bagepulver
  • 150 g. hvedemel
  • ½ tsk. groft salt
  • ca. 65 g. mandler eller hasselnødder
  • 175 g. mørk chokolade

Tænd ovnen på 175 grader C.

Rør brun farin, sukker og blødt smør sammen i en skål. Flæk vanillestangen, og skrab kornene ud med spidsen af en lille kniv. Rør vanillekornene i smørblandingen. Slå ægget ud, og rør det i. Bland mel, bagepulver og salt sammen i en skål. Rør det i dejen. Hak mandlerne. Hak den mørke chokolade i både små og store stykker. Bland chokolade og mandler i dejen.

Kom bagepapir på 2 plader. Tril KUGLER af dejen, og sæt dem med god afstand på bagepladerne -kuglerne flyder nemlig ud, når de bliver bagt.

Bag en plade af gangen. Sæt bagepladen i midten af ovnen. Bag 10-11 minutter, til kagerne er lidt brune i kanten. Lad dem køle af på pladen i 7-10 minutter, til de en faste.


Anna's Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 225 g butter
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 220 g packed brown sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 310 g all-purpose flour
  • 5 g baking soda
  • 6 g salt
  • 335 g semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in the vanilla and eggs one at a time.
  3. Combine the flour, baking soda and salt; stir into the sugar mixture. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Remove from baking sheet to cool on wire racks.

Cookies med Hvid Chokolade og Tranebær

INGREDIENTS
  • 115 g butter, softened
  • 110 g packed brown sugar
  • 100 g white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 15 ml brandy / whiskey
  • 190 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 g baking soda
  • 135 g white chocolate chips
  • 120 g dried cranberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and brandy. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into the sugar mixture.
  3. Mix in the white chocolate chips and cranberries. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets, or roll into apprx. 5 cm balls.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. For best results, take them out while they are still doughy.
  5. Allow cookies to cool for 1 minute on the cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
